    Time is depends on your current registration firm. But we suggest that initiate transfer process before 1 week of the domain's expiration date for guaranteed transfer process.

  • I can't take EPP code from my current registration firm, i can't contact with the firm. Can I still initiate transfer process?

    If you are legit owner of the domain; If you can not reach the authority of your existing registration firm, we will first recover your domain.
